hawiye has a legitimate claim over jubbaland and no one can deny this.legitmicy is the key tool here,while others come at the barrel of the gun and have no legitimate claim.

silly question have no answers, hawiye doesn`t even pass afgooye let alone reach Jubaland republic.

Some gaaljecel and some shiikkhaal live in juboland, but they are not many, but also they are not Hawiye in the strict sense. They became hawiye after 1990 or so I heard that. We have some sheikhaal in Ogaden, but they never say that they are Hawiye. there are shiekhal screterred across somalia, but they are just part of the prominant clans. In the case of Ogaden, shiekhal sound and interact with ogaadeenka.
As for gaaljecel, I spoke to one gaaljecel in near Kismayo in 2007. Those people do not consider themselves Hawiye.


Jubbaland belongs to Absame and Sade with Harti in the background. Other people who lived with them are always welcome. No HG and Abgaal. Thank you very much.

Bro, you need to know more about Somali history, and while I never wish to state this in a Somali Website, superiority is not the thing for Hawiye they just do not like to be looked down on. True they never lacked money or even empowered in Siad Barre's government, but they did not like that they were called names.
Second, the word morryaan does not apply to Daarood. Daaroods can create havoc but they are not moorans. In fact, no-one outside Mogadishu can be described moryan.

And no, I do not think a dhulbahante from Bohotle has the right to claim Jubbaland, just the Harti who lived there for a long time otherwise Harti have no legitimate right over that place.

The Most expansionist tribe ever was your marehan clan and the politics of MSB to populate them in rahanweyn land (Gedo) and the consequences were genocide and ethnic cleansing your barbaric people committed in all over gedo.International community acknowledges,accepts and knows the hawiye as a peace catalyst,we are the power balancer as well as an active player in the politics.

The Only way marehan can have a leading play in any jubbaland initiative is to make a strategic pact with the hawiye for military,economic cooperation.otherwise,it isnt going to work in a million years.You cant just go about and declare a maamul in a clan complex region like jubbooyinka and expect to get legitimacy.too many stakeholders(dir,daarood,hawiye,rahanweyn) must be considered and consulted with,hadii kale,it will just remain a wishful thinking.
