Yes, it gets me too when someone says hijab is not obligatory. I might not wear it in a perfect way but it is simply wrong to suggest it does not exist.

Covering cawrah is compalsory you cannot try to bend the rules and accommodate walking with just a G string to act civilised.

But a woman cannot observe prayers while her cowrah is showing, and a man cannot be walking around with tight trausers showing his cawrah. Salada waa iney kaa reebtaa dambiga. I do not thing someone who shows her cawrah is practsing Muslim. She is just doing certain obligatory things. You cannot select which obligatory element of Islam you would observe while calling yourself a practising Muslim.
