I had distant relatives living in Q8 at that time and they actually recieved a significant reward from the gov after the war.This was for their effort in helping Q8ti citizen escape persecution from the Iraqi army.

kuwait used to be good place for somalis but since rescission hit them economically, somalis in kuwait are suffering. they have no country to help them and kuwaits unable to sacrifice their security!!
