As you can see in the picture there are no Marehans involved, they wasn't even a single Marehan in Kismayo at that time. Now the Harti have also left the city whilst the Ogaden remain.

It is as clear as day who this land belongs to.

Majeerteen have Puntland region which has oil, why not just give Kismayo to your brothers, it is true that Kismayo was ruled by Majeerteen and they build the city cause they bought most of the farmland, however that's some time ago and it's best that you just give it to your brothers or at least the real rightful owners Gaaljecel will come back.
