Jubba hotel, Cali mahdi used to own it, but i think he still owns it.

Depends on the homeowner's pockets. But based on my observation, it's usually mostly the hotels and office buildings that have ACs. Mogadishu is generally not too hot and it's climate is quite tolerable.
