They're sour losers. They lost South Sudan due to their incompetence and now that S. Sudan is gone for good they agitate for war and turmoil. When will Africans learn that war is not the answer our problems?

The SPLA and SNM used to share arms smuggling networks in the 80's
infact they used to get weapons from us on credit.

Don't count on that. Not because of a possible war or civil war. There're other African countries with far more oil riches, yet most of their citizens live in poverty. Nigeria* is a good example. More likely, Western corporations, institutions, individuals, etc will enjoy South Sudan's oil riches.

*
Poverty in Nigeria remains significant despite high economic growth. Nigeria has one of the world's highest economic growth rates (averaging 7.4% over the last decade), a well-developed economy, and plenty of natural resources such as oil. However, it retains a high level of poverty, with 63% living on below $1 daily, implying a decline in equity.

yes the disparity between rich and poor is too wide.
I was shocked by the display of wealth when i was in Nigeria, i lived in Victoria Island where all the rich lived and it was really sickening
and i am comming from Dubai !!!

Nigeria had a better GDP than South Korea back in the day, you can see the difference between the two today. If South Sudan plays it's cards right and avoids the same mistakes as Nigeria (corruption,ethnic- war(Biafra), bad leadership etc.) it can be a force to be reckoned with.
