north sudan = somaliland
south sudan = south somalia AKA somalia

The Northern Sudanese Government should have carved the border up earlier.
Waqooyi Galbeed (North WestSomalia )cannot leave with Dhulbahante,Warsangeli and Gadabursi territory. These people are not Isaaq.
