Khatumo of Somalia will have no say dasturka Mogdisho. They're not part of the 6 groups (1.President,2.PM, 3.PL, 4.Galmudug 5. TFG Parliament and 6.Ahlu Suna) who will select the 135 'oday dhaqamed'
and then the 4.5 system oday dhaqameds will select the 225 members of parliament and the 825 constitutional assembly in August 2012.

TFG has not recognised Khatumo as a state of Somalia because Khatumo does not match ALL the constitution rules:

Khatumo were not invited to the London Conferance in February of this year while TFG, SL, PL, Galmudug, Ahlu-Suna were all there

Khatumo were not invited to take part and sign the 'Road Map' or 'Waqtiga Kala Guurka' that took part in Garowe early this year - where other small states where ALL there.

TFG did not include Khatumo in the political talks between SL and TFG/PL that was scheduled in early April 2012, although Khatumo share/dispute land and borders and they want them back (according to Khatumo leaders). Cali Galayr has criticised the TFG for not including Khatumo leaders in the meeting/s.

PL who play a big part in Somali/TFG politics has not recognised Khatumo, and Farole said in public that TFG should take a permission from Garowe that if they want to accept Khatumo and/or any other state.

Because of those reasons, Cali Khalif had very limited if no option left and had to be opportunistic and politician to jeopardize the TFG constitution.

Who cares what Galayr says and who does he think he is? Khatumo leaders are isolated and I don't think anything will change

We are part of Somalia, unlike you who is running away. Furthermore, Khaatumo has got representatives in the TFP and a cabinet member. I'm NOT talking about the Dhulbahante's elders who are part of the 4.5 system, but 'Khatumo State of Somalia' political relationship with the TFG.

So there are every Somali tribe, including Isaaq MINISTERS in the TFG cabinet and MPs in the Parliament...etc, helping & working with the TFG about the new Dastur before August.

The 'odayaal dhaqamed' aad ii sheegaysid are part of the 135 and 825 every clan ku soo xulayo the 4.5 system. There are also other non-Dhulos Darod elders there under the 4.5 system and they don't represent their own mamul goboled, like Lelkase AND or Dashishe under PL.
