What was the criteria used by qolada xisbiyada licence siisa?
Inoo bandhig.
UDHIS and others had much more support than the likes of Dalsan and Co.

I think there some kind of madax taabis its all overrated cousin udhis was not Popular in parts of berbera sheikh and parts of buco udhis didn't get any support from Caynabo ceerigaabo and other eastern regions while dalsan had a big support from sections of hargeysa and huge sections of Borama.

abdikarim, Dalsan and Nasiya's support base is majority Kulmiye supporters, marka i suppose kulmiye supporters ba u so baxay for registeration
