Greenday, apart from that what other changes have you observed? sweating? thirst? Have you got a history of diabetics in your family?

Diabetics is what comes to mind but it could be signs of neuromuscular disease i.e immunological and autoimmune disorders including the failure of the electrical insulation surrounding the finger nerves myelin.
Visit your doctor.

P.s I am assuming that it is serious and not the usual "xanuun" which comes and goes.

Alot of people in my family have diabetes so i get checked frequently about 2 months ago was the last time and It was fine alhamdulilah, ama go though again

I remember when I tried to get something from my back pocket and something sharp went under my nail making it bleed. Same day I had a takeaway and the salt went under my nail, the pain was unbearable.
