Thuga, isn't that the Brighton-pavillion by the seaside? I remember visiting it a few years ago.

I visited the town and stayed about 2 KM from that building. I was at the university campuses (sussex uni and Brighton uni during the day but in the evenings I was free to visit places). I think it was April and it almost looked that picture.
