It's rape and it's forced which will cause them trauma, self hatred and suicide, unlikely that they all of a sudden become attracted physically and emotionally to a gender and people that pretty much screwed up their lifes. In most cases i've read of the above effects, but ive also seen one or two cases where they turn out gay. There's also the issue of contracting STDs and/or HIV. These men will eventually be released and come back to the community. We can stretch our imagination to what they can do in the community.
