President Siilaanyo runs Somaliland a country that dissolved the union they had with Somalia in 1960 see the former dissolved republic consisted of two states that united in 1960 and in 1991 the North knowns as Somaliland broke a way.

You will understand by seeing the map this was in 1960

They are a mix of Habashi Afar and Arabs but they speak the same tongue Somali is a language not so sure an origin or ethnicity

Somaliland is not claiming independence they broke away in 1991 from the rest of Somalia their case is unique

Puntland is a state of Somalia they have ties with President sharifs goverment and are allied to him sometimes and sometimes not but Puntland is a state with in Somalia.

There is a big difference between the Isaaq tribal family origins and the the Peoples of Somaliland origins are you forgetting the People of Somaliland also consist of the Gurgure who are a ofshoot of the Gurage Ethnic group of Ethiopia are you forgetting the Isaaq tribe on their maternal side are also related to Habashis are you forgetting that the the Awdal region of Somaliland is where ancient Arab Sultanates ifat and walashma and Afar used to live there, are you forgetting the Gada People a group related to the Afars who are ethnically related to the Afars and gadabursis. Again i am talking about the Peoples of Somaliland not one tribe of the country u seem to be obsessed with one tribe of Somaliland.
