If she is the mom, then she might have what is called postpartum psychosis, severe form of depression. This white dude that I work with had his wife placed in a mental hospital to receive treatment, after giving birth, for 3 months she wasn't allowed to get anywhere near her baby.

Not bad. Is Ramadan in the middle of June? I going to Kenya in August (that is if the security improves). The offer of a discussion on the PL over a cup of coffee stands. I will make sure my young cousin knows a little bit about the boys from Mersyside

I am leaving on the 20th of July (Ramadan starts that day and the Olympic games kick off the same day) insha Allah and will stay there until after eid.

Around the same time you are planning to go there so yeah the offer of a discussion on the PL over a plate of Iftar/casho is one I welcome.
