^Though the British and Italians did eventually draw up their little protectorates, our history did not begin or ended with them. Just as Puntland is in charge of its destiny there existed a kingdom here that once was; a great history far older and much more important then the one founded on lines some white man drew up on a little paper.
But here you are convinced folks from Northwest Somalia (mainly from one particular clan) deserve MPs and ministers as if their the only ones fit to run their own affairs; so it is fair to say your one of those deluded ones convinced that our history did begin and ended with some white man history.

Duh ! why are you guys making it seem as if Mareexaan has nothing to do with Gaalkacyo ?? of course we have homes, businesses and our elders who represent Gaalkacyo Mareexaan are there too.
