I wanted to watch the Man City/QPR game in its entirety but with a 10:00 am kick off that was highly unlikely since it was already 4:00 am when i saw it on the tv guide. Then i thought about setting my dvr to record it but 90% of it was already filled, normally at that point i would give up, go to sleep and watch the highlights later on but i had a feeling this would be epic so i set my alarm. By the time i made it to the living room QPR was up 2-1 with 10 mins to play. Few moments later, i witnessed history.

^ It really was amazing wasn't it? Hate City, but that was one of the most exiting days for football I've witnessed.

I haven't seen a comeback of that magnitude since Liverpool/ AC Milan champions League final in Istanbul in 2005. Also, the look on the faces of Man U players as they walked off the pitch was priceless. Sir alex himself was dumbfounded

DGuys, u made it more complicated. Are you saying each team plays two local and one regional tournaments concurrently? Like they will be playing the one you said is not that important this Sunday, the other one on Tuesday, and the regional one on Friday? What about schedule conflicts?
Zup scr! You are right those few minutes were priceless

Each country has several competitions.
Example: Italy
Competition
1 - SERIA A (Top Italian League) 20 teams - bottom 3 teams gets relegated to Seria B, and top 3 in B come up...
2 - COPPA ITALIA (knockout competition involving Seria A,B and other lower Italian leagues).
Top 3-4 teams in Seria A (Italian's top league) gets to play in a continental competition called UEFA Champions League with other top teams....Usually leagues are played on weekeends, European competitions are played midweek...it's a gruelling schedule.

^^ UEFA took away our 4th CL spot, f*ck them, there's no way German league is more competitive than Serie A.

True, Seria A is back on the scene again...you have many teams vying for the top spot the last few years, Bundesliga you can always guess who will compete. UEFA coefficient system is weird, at the end of the season, La Liga will be the top league in Europe based on weird system

If it's not El Clasico, La Liga is unwatchable. Bayern is the only real team that can compete in the CL from Germany. Horta has any other German team even won the CL? Serie A had the most teams advance to the knockout stage of the CL this year.
UEFA's coefficient system sucks, f*ck UEFA and Michael Platini
p.s. Juve's undefeated seasons seems sketchy, someone should do an investigation, we all know how those bastards role

^ Dortmund in 97 (think it was)? The German and Italian leagues are about equal now, but a couple of years ago, the Bundesliga was way ahead.
Also 5 out of the 8 finalists of both European competitions were Spanish. The Liga doesn't get as much credit because it's seen as a two horse race. Bilbao who finished 6th or 7th absolutely spanked the English champions for example. If you want a two horse race, see Scotland. Which reminds me, Alex McLeish managed to finish 3rd with Rangers there

.

La Liga is very overrated, Seria A is back now with a lot of quality

They just need to tone down on scandals...I think Juve is legit this time around.

Dortmund is a formidable force in Germany these days...I think they won champions league once....besides them..no quality there only few mediocre teams

La Liga is a two horse race, but come on dude, how often does a top team who got knocked out of the CL and int Europa League win? Never, cause their heart isn't in it. Napoli defeated City in the CL and were a little away from beating Chelsea and they finished 5th in Serie A.
Bundesliga isn't as good as Serie A, with Juventus back at top class, Serie A is super legit once again. It's the best league after the EPL.
At least this crappy season is over, 6th place sucks but at least we swept AC Marax. We need a revitalizing off season, stop selling and buy talent for once.
Can't wait for the Euro to start
