This kind of news makes me sick.

Tribalism was going down in times of Cigaal and riyale, now it rose up with the coming of Qurmiye.

The Somaliland Law prohibits any political association based on tribes. But Qurmiye does't read the dastoor which they swore on.

Why then we make fun of bananalands? what is the difference?

Habaryoonis is to big to support one party , but every party needs a base, umada seems well organized, the ciidagale themselves are divided between Wadani ucid and Kulmiye , the thing is with one man one vote u cant decide the votes of the people even if you organize them in a clan conference , we are heading the right direction of different communities all across Somaliland supporting the various parties.

Unity isn't too big for anything, as you said I think it's just hard to unite because they have to two main leaders leading two main parties. Which causes splits within Habar Yoonis. Habar Jeclo had exactly the same problem in 2003 when they were divided between UDUB and Kulmiye. I don't know about Ciidagalaha Hargeysa but the Ciidagales in and around Salaxley 100% ayaay Faysal siiyeen. You can't deny the majority of Ciidagale are stil behind their kin man Faysal. It's much better if you have one main party and one main musharax than you have ground to stand on. Waa kii Garadag Siilaanyo lagu taageeray. I think it would be better for them if they join one party or those two parties merge. They could make a big impact if they unit as Habar Yoonis is pretty big.

There is nothing wrong with Qabil shir most of the people talk about developing their regions , it happened allot during the Cigaal era aswell don't act if it didst happen, remember the Arab conference in Hargeysa in 1997. The Gadabuursi one in 1999., We are traditional people the only reason there are conferences now its because elections are near golaha degaanka the same way there were many conferences in 1999 2000 with the formation of sahan hormood and other parties. Shirki gar adag was in 2008 during rayaale's reign.

Clan isn't used to incite war anymore (well most clans ).

you mean the new regions? That was sick. We should stick to 6 regions only, but creating new regions based on clans and then saying " we moved from clan to regionalism" that is called fooling yourself.

Rememeber, we were best when we let go the clan stuff, SNM for life....
We were the ugliest when we picked it up in the 90s, and cival wars in haregisa and burco..
