I thought the Habar-Gidir vs Abgaal war in Xamar was bad until I seen this.

They fought over the huge spoils of war, this is common after a war or an invasion ends, The tribes were fighting over authority over Berbera, and it all ended in 2-4 years.

Why is Somalia still in civil war for more then 20 years?
