No offense but football is war so in most case hawiye would win.
Regardless of their tribe/qabiil they will have the support of the nation given that they defeat the rest.

I dont blame the OP for he only pointed out the obvious.
You dont have to look hard to see the injustice taking place.

Some areas are over represented while some are deprived of the opportunity.
