This is what I have come down to . I am going to try to slow down my reaction time . So between the moment i read the post of a stupid daarood and the moment I reply , I will first stand up { I think changing your physical posture might help} and count to 10 .
This is a brand new experiment , time will tell if it works

But be wary about what you say to Hawiye. Because this can be very frigile area. there are good Hawiye that you do not want to offend, but the bad ones need constantly karbashing. Hard...very hard.
