i dont think she deliberately set to kill her child after all she was drunk and left her two 2 year old son in the bath tap who eventually drowned in the bath tap... pray for this alcoholic young mother to be on the rightious path.

Some of you are calling the girl on the only thing that can be a good defense for her which being Drunk. If she was drunk, that compromises her judgement and she cannot be responsible for her action. I like her for the first interview she gave to the police. She was drunk, she didn't assume the baby would drown, she went to get something and the baby died.

If you know anything about american criminal law, you would really know this girl has a good defense and the most she would get is child negligent under intoxication which between 6months to 3 years.

Did any of you ask where is the father of the baby? I am not sure if he was a farah or not owing to the girl being alcoholic.

She committed this murder, she is responible of her alcohol problems and I bet she even had a fight to have the kid stay with her.

She has a history of beating up her children while drunk, now any sane loving father would have taken the kids away from her....but he didn't, maybe he drinks too...anyway we still don't know if she killed the child or it was just one horrible tragedy.
