The video has been cut out from a longer version in Arabic which explained the celebration, the jews in yemen have yemeni culture so they look like Arabs but are jews.

I don't know if they have accepted Islam based on true understanding and conviction, anyway if they have then mashaAllah I just hope they don't shed their beautiful african dress, unique traditions, songs and dances along with their mushriknimo. Regarding this Al 3reefi guy, I've seen him totally twist words and lie in his show about his encounter with some people in Yemen. There is a famous video on youtube and i think he apologised or something, though not sure about this.

Actually it does not matter the reason they are converting. Usually the first genartion does not matter really. It is the second and the future geneartions that would be growing up as Muslims.

why are they wearing their traditional cloths in the desert of arabia, they did this to belittle the poor african masai. The White Europeans have done this again and again for the past several decades, by contrasting the African culture with modernity(they don't do this with their own culture atleast not in a negative way), this reminds me of the show about Zulu tribes men being brought to London or some big western city. You know these sort of shows are for no other purpose but to belittle the African black man and his culture, the target audience is ofcourse the native whites, its racist !

I showed this video to a friend of mine who is Iraqi and she agreed with me and Dr. Yalaxows position, the truth is these arabs are using the exact same methodology of the Gaalo by staging this conversion ceremony and drawing a complete contrast between the Africans in their traditional attire looking totally out of place in the desert, and the vehicles, crew members wearing jackets to protect against the wind etc, not to mention the manipulation of the audio for more dramatic effect, God this is such a Show off and you know the target audience are not Blacks, Africans or Muslims in general but exclusively Arabs.
