There's only 2 serious runners for this election, Farmaajo and Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed. Perhaps Abdiweli has an outsider's chance but I seriously hope Farmaajo wins, I believe he is not a crook like the rest of the TFG and could actually take the country forward. In case he doesn't win then Sheikh Sharif should keep the seat in order to have some continuity.

The legal basis is, there's residency and other requirements which Farmaajo doesn't meet. The only reason why he's part of the TFG (an anomaly that shouldn't exist) is because foreign powers administer Somalia.

Yes and foreign powers will administer Somalia come Augusti, so if farmaajo wants to run for president he qualifes.
This is non-issue you are pushing solely for your motive, and it dont reflect on reality either, since this can be used against many politicians. But what do you care? U support the shababs, this is no concern for you

My concern was that you clarify Farmaajo isn't nothing more than a foreign agent who serves his foreign masters who administer Somalia, which you finally clarified.

No. But, at least Sharif was independent before his transformation.
