I am not sure I understand this? no one is turning Jubbaland into "Darood territories", it just simply is and was since the 1800's. However the new administration will include all the settlers new and old from Bantus, gaaljecel, shiikhaal to Daroods. Somalia will work better with Federal states and Federal states are formed by close ties either familial or common interest.
