i doubt any locals will use them.

These are not the only 'yellow' taxi's in Somali history Somalia had plenty taxi's like that before the war.

^Just because the few taxis in the picture is owned by Dh doesn't mean the karbash against the Jebertis will stop suddenly. You need more than that to increase your rep within Somaliland maybe few dozen 5 star hotels and alot more.
