It matters not which Islamic sect or ideology these armed groups follow.
The primary objective for the Western powers is that chaos and instability will reign across the Islamic world.
As in the case of Somalia, a weak, chaotic and disorientated people are easier to manipulate and exploit.

Watching Syria's destruction unravel before me, I can't help but remember how Bush threatened to blow Pakistan to stone age. Thats exactly what the West has in mind for the Muslim world. They're razing city after city to the ground. Notice how Iraqis are too caught up in trying to rebuild their lives and cities to care about their oil being siphoned and their neighbour's being bombed. Divide and rule, thats all its ever been.

What's more frightening is that I was watching a debate between an atheist and a Christian scholar, and they both agreed that Islam was a "evil" religion that needed to be eradicated.
