Mcali
American masjids have been compromised. At any given prayer there are informants & the firey imam now gives out meek kutbahs. Some of the best kutbahs I ever heard were in Somalia. I enjoyed one particular Imams kutbahs because they were always pertinent to some of the struggles I face. It felt like he was talking to me. Not to mention, he was a very understanding Imam and did not have long kutbahs during one particularly hot day and 1/2 the congregation was praying outside. In light of heat and sun, I won't be too long.
FAH,
Beware of those brothers who try to befriend you at the masjid
I do a speedy Gonzalez out of there and avoid socializing.

Re: My ex masjid
Ileen Imam waa a well paid shaqo. No more macalin duksimcali wrote:my masjid is a complete joke. I was at first going to expose them with a video clip and upload it to youtube but I feared the sin of that action.
Their are 4 imams who receive a salary of $100,000 each. They believe arabs are superior to everyone else. They make frequent duas to arab countries and not once to somalia (even last year smh). And a bunch of other things that are just so disgusting.
So my reason for sharing this is because I haven't prayed at that masjid for about 3 months. Thats means no jumca prayer
I cant concentrate praying behind such evil men.
So am I still getting a sin for praying at home.

BV,
Plus its exempt from taxation. You also get nonprofit status for religious organizations. It is pretty lucrative.

AW ayeyo dambi aan kaa gala hadii an ku waanini waayo. As an older and wiser person I should advise you against it.
