But the past few days they all became pro

Talks were already canceld by somaliland. And its not likely somalIland and somalia will have any future talks here in hargeysa there are talks about the upper parliament to pass a new law regarding dealing with somalia and talks.
Somaliland is just waiting till a new leader is selected for somalia and than it will make it clear to the world that talks either have failed or is to be given another chance to continue talks. Here in somaliland the people believe talks I just a waste of time and. See the only option for the international community to mediate.
