walaalo good question, simple answer is no, there are only 14 seats and there are more than 20 Marehan subclans(small and big).

What about Somali people as a whole? I mean how will this work out or divided into different sub clans? I know mine are heavily represented...so that is why I was confused camal...they eventually have to come up with one individual though :?
