Nope. These pilots were poorly trained and couldn't operate in "bad weather". Its typical of pilots in Kenya and Uganda where there have been numerous crashes.

bad news; only one chopper found. The other two have been found burnt. The first one had all the crew safe with one with slight injuries. The others are burnt but the fate of the crew is unknown.

NAIROBI, Kenya, Aug 14 – The burnt wreckage of two Ugandan army helicopters was found Tuesday, two days after crashing in a remote mountainous region of Kenya while flying to war-torn Somalia, army officials said.

“The aircraft have been found but they are all burnt,” a senior Kenyan military official said. “We do not know the fate of the crew.” Kenyan army spokesman Bogita Ongeri confirmed the aircraft had been found.

Kenyans ain't got jack on these Ugandans who were victims of"bad weather", poor maintenance, training etc.
