I was once in this predominantly white town this middle aged Somali woman came up to me asking me for directions like walalo ma ii sheegi karta meeshas iyo halkas i smiled and felt a Somalinimo duty to help her as she was the only Somali i saw in that town
and told her ha walalo wa halkas iyo meeshas ba la raca.

When we were young (teenagers) another Somali kid a Jamaican and I lost our return train tickets in London. We stupidly put them all in one bag and forgot them in a takeaway.By the time we realized somebody must have walked off with it
Newayz the other Somali kid said "I know of a Somali restaurant in East London". We made our way there and once we got there.explained our predicament. One old Somali man said "Waar yar yar ka cunto iyo sharaab siiya." He said that and took of
After about half an hour later he came back and handed us 80 pounds. He showed us the nearest underground station, and told us
"Halkaa ka raaca treenka,ka dibna idinkey idin jirta inaad ama bus ama treen ilaa Welshkiina u raacdaan"
The Jamaican kid was like
"Isn't he gonna ask for our address,so we can pay him back." We told him no man it's a Somali t'ing

Such a feel good thread but allow me to make it a little qaraar for y'll.
I almost got killed trying to help a Somali hoodrat that was getting beat up by hear Jareer bf who pregnated her. When I stopped him and put his monkey ass to sleep, another dude that was with him pulled a piece on me
I don't know but it wasn't my time to die, no other explanation.

Why do you not help out people who are not from Africa?KimJongIllest wrote:It is a beautiful thing. I try to only help Somalis and Africans. No one else. Not even Muslims, except of course if they are from anywhere from Africa.

We do that here in Columbus! A Somali will never pass you without offering you a ride actually. Its the Columbus hospitality! You should try sxb
SexyK, Samatr, Rabshoole, Smile, etc can attest to that!

I doubt most "halal" restaurants have halal food anyway.

We've got the same here, but that doesn't change my opinion.gedo_gurl wrote:We do in the UK...they have a certificate and if its not from one of the two halal certifiers our community trust...it aint halal to us.
Besides, I see no sense in paying for food if I don't enjoy it or the experience. My money goes to those who earn it.
gramps,
Don't try to make sense of Somalis. They'll never take food from a kafir (not even free samples from vendors - ever see Somalis at Taste of the Danforth?
