siciid this is short term , in the short term khatuumo is against their interests and they will sabotage it.
If they get control over the top seats in Somalia the equation changes they will turn around and fund them.

a shariif government with sakin in the cabinet, like finance minister for example along with the usual suspects is the worst option for khatuumo because they have in the past failed miserably in stirring up shit in the area, because the funds disappeared into some peoples bank accounts.


an Puntland dominated somalia, or a somalia headed by non-corrupt or minimally corrupt people like farmajoo and the new speaker will successfully fund khatuumo and they will awaken from their current slumber.
