How often do you take a BATH ???

I take one shower a week. Save water.

not really...that would be cleaning the same thing twice....but taking a bath is akin to rinsing the dishes before you put them in the dishwasher for optimal clean.

baths are the best to relax the body ... especially when sick or after a training

if U are an owner of a bathtub I recommend you clean it and use it
