Is it coincident that all tribes in Somaliland from HA, HJ, and Samaroon held the top position or there is something we don't know? It seems it's roation policy. Nothing democratic about it.

Anyway , when the next round of talks between Somalia and Somaliland comes , I will bring forth this motion
