Cumar, the elders dynamic that remained intact in the North isn't so prevailent as in the south. The elders believe or not had a lot less interference by the government, and less movements and fighting in the south. Besides our elders in Kismaayo were saying we (odayaasha) will pick up arms to fight the invading infidels, though it was mostly bravado.
