 Just a few months ago my father helped and vouched for an Isaaq family who did not even have their papers but everyone knows who owned what in Xamar, and when asked would he sell it, the Isaaq man said Never

BlackRain wrote:My late dad owned a property in Madina near Xoosh Market. Now, I have all the documents, including a 1975 land sale agreement between my dad and the original land owner. The latest info about the house is, some agoon families are there and they have been there for best part of the last 20 years.

Now tell me the best way to go and re-claim the land of my dad? I am the oldest son and I have to fight for this.
We used to live near xoosh as well. If you say your father is well known, then it should be fairly easy to get the house back.

Good luck!

BlackRain,

I want to get my Awowe's properties in Eyl. Can you help ? He was a major trader who helped introduce matchsticks and clothes to the natives there.

Wrong person. I am not even from Eyl, but good luck proving that to Ciise Riyooles in there. The key thing here is what decuments do you have?
