Lol @ Obama. Dude is the President of the US but even he when he goes to other developed countries is not greeted by the effective leader. Case in Point when he visits Britain, at the airport he is met by a minister, or Canada, or any of those countries. Of course when he goes to the developing world they are just happy the US Pres is here so he is met by the highest leaders.
