If we are talking about the courts, then not guilty until proven guilty right? How can someone draw the conclusion that Mohamed Hassan is a terrorist based on a general observation? Never having collected any evidence against him as an individual, yet he is pointed out as a terrorist? Basically by judging on the observations EVERYONE in Somalia is a terrorist? Not everyone in Somalis is a terrorist.. That is true..
In fact, majority of Muslims in Somalia are not terrorists...That is true.

Therefore, the environment that Mohamed Hassan lives cannot influence him to be a terrorist.. That is true.

In conclusion, Mohamed Hassan is an innocent that all charges against him should be dropped, and he should launch a class action lawsuit against the U.S. or British government for the wrongful arrest and unjust charges that were brought against him.
