Somalis just can`t cope with western living.
How exactly is western living to blame for 3rd world tradition?

Caligaab, I've realized that too! Waxaan is lahaa gabadha sawirada ay meesha soo dhigeen way ku qurux badneyd ee hadda maxaa helay! I think it's the depression due to the so-called forced marriage, waaba hadday run tahay.

What's with people trying to discredit every forced marriage story, as if it doesn't take place. Inaa fajacna!

^ Lil, forced marriage does happen & it's bloody awful but I have this feeling that maybe she was taken back home for dhaqan-celis & she fled to Ethiopia & went to the embassy with this 'forced marriage' story coz that's the best lie to tell?

In 2012 I don't think any parent in their right mind dares to have a grown ass girl married to a guy she isn't attracted to against her will & just go back to the West hoping nothing will happen.

If her mother did that to her I think she's already thrown in jail (plus, the girl claims she was 17 when all this happened).

Stop assuming, she said she got forced married so she got forced married. Your acting like Somali's don't force/pressure their kids into marriage. I feel sorry for this poor girl it must suck being forced to sleep with some butters nigga  my heart goes out to her.

 So you're going on a hunch, and thus her story isn't true because of it.

War waan ku fahmey ee waxaan ku leeyahay gabadha ha gafin. It's problematic to call bullshit on every story because you feel it'll look good on paper. You're trivializing an issue many people face.
