Aw-Libaax, Ghandi, Darwiish, Madoobe, and Fartaag are the signatories of the IGAD Jubbaland project

Aw-libah was never sent to Kismayo, he was part of the 8 member delegation sent to Mogadishu and that group was led by Dr AbdiAzziz Osman along with Muktar Dhere. They are due to be back tomorrow
