its the weight. Somalis don't check their weight. and yeah, their diet need not be mentioned too. Terrible. A collection of same group of food all through the year. Pasta, baariis, goat meat all through out. Not to mention child bearing plus life hardship---takes a toll. Overall, u need to exercise, u need to watch your food, and u need to stay away from stress. Now, tell me which Somali woman would follow that faithfully?
