No i dont think so.. not building good infrustucture just one city of somaliland hargeysa has nothing to do whit so called recognition.. Somaliland gets enough taxes from berbera port and hargeysa airport and other taxes to built decent city center and better roads in hargeysa....

Tax kulaha, do you even know how much SL gets in revenue? Ethiopia has a Gdp of around $40 billion (still shit, but that's 8 times more than the whole of Somalia) while Somaliland has a few hundred million.
I'm pretty sure abkhazia or whatever isn't attached Somalia the worlds worst state. Nobody wants to invest in a place with any connection to you. If you can't see the connection between peace/recognition and economic prosperity then I'm afraid I can't help you.

Abdi: I think the doctor has a point this time, as many in SL r starting to recognize lately there was a lot we could have done which we didnt and r not doing. I know infrastructure development r very expensive but there r small things which we could have improved incrementally.
