Kanu is technically good but not productive...he can't cut it anywhere. Hence, why he isn't with any of the big clubs.

All the other playes you mentioned are very good ones, actually most are superstars, but Zinedine Zidane is from another world, he is/has a league of hiw own.....simply put the best no 10 the world has seen after Maradona and before Ronaldinho.

Who agrees with me? Smile

I would agree but you're forgetting Edson Arantes do Nascimento aka Pelé...I would also put Gheorghe Hagi in the list of illustrious #10s

If any footballer came from onather planet deffinetly must be the one and the only DIEGO ARMANDA MARADONA, the man the president of maxico said to him in the world cup in 1986 MARADONA BARKANA LACISTA LA MAXICO>> MEANING MARADONA WHY WONT YOU BORN IN MAXICO.
Second must be the man i name after my son ZINADINE.

Nice line up but missing the greatest African footballer of all times Eusabio, (my dad's favourite) played for Portugal and hails from Mozambique.

qudhac named his son zidane Laughing Laughing Laughing i hope he lives upto his good name and doesn't end up watching football from the pub like his dad when he grows up.. ..

my all time best is kanu, seriously the dude is/was a maestro in his prime. anyone care to remember his 3 goals in the last fifteen minutes thrashing of chelsea in 1999?? how about atlanta 96?? were it not for his heart condition coupled with arsene wenger's french mentality (choosing useless french strikers like alidiare over him in arsenal), kanu would have left a bigger mark in football than anything the likes of maradona and zidane or even pele ever achieved.

i remember once watching him (kanu) play for arsenal against middlebrough, his antics in the box left the opposing fans no choice but to stand up and give him a standing ovation Laughing . sad he is not even made to the first team in his current club (lowly albions).
