Dude when are you going to learn how a goverment , an election committe and a court work. The superem court of somaliland only litigate judicial matters , like answering the question , Is so and so legal or not? not what area should be recounted or not. Its about simple recounting of votes and in NEC laws yes any dispute should be settled with count if the parties request them , there is no legall dispute here. The superem court doesn't interfer because Jaamac and Faarax couldn't agree, the only time it interfers is if jaamac and faarax couldn't agree on a legall matter.,

Now simply because Riyoole and his gangsters did the same it doesn't mean its right nor it does mean its legall, the NEC said they will recount certain areas in Hargaysa , now thats illegal , you can't pick and choose where the count should be done , the election commitee has its own laws so the law says if the parties requested a recount of votes in certain area then they have that right... now what does the high court has todo with this...nothing.

I think this Emperior guy is clan clouded creature. All his political, economical,social and developmental views are all clan and coalitions based. Man let me give you 85% assurances what have happened in Somaliland during kulmiye's era is more than all the evils done by all the previous regimes. The 70% achievements Kulmiye is boasting is statistically 0.7% according to any individual in Somaliland. First have u ever worked with any institution in Somaliland whether the ministries, parastals or the municipal authorities? i think then you will have answered yourself anything you will like to know about the current government. I think NEC should just give in and resign. This body have conducted this elections unproffessionaly, corrupt, mismanagement of public votes and lastly they could have ruined the country by their absymal behaviour.We know their time was up only for the Kulmiye party to give them the life to be re-elected again as the new commission. I have an insight information on that and i can proof to you clearly if needed.

I hear the corruption in election was on clan levels and party levels.. in Borama they talk about Party-level corruption.

Its good question to aske the NEC , Xaqsoor and the Arab party asked for a recount not in Hargaysa alone but in most of their zone of supports and in addittion almost all candidates from the 7 parties asked for recounts in various places from Ceerigaabo to Zayalac, it was the NEC who chose only to recount the Arab vote , it was a ploy to avoid the the real issue . But why should 1 area and 1 clan's concern should be addressed , for example in Berbera 3 kulmiye , 3 ucid and 4 wadani candidates asked for a recount, the NEC ignored 99.99999% of country and other parties and only chose for some starnge reason to only recount parts of Hargaysa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then all of a sudden they changed their mind and said ..oh.. we sent the old result to the superem court as though this was a legal issue.

Its a bizzare move and very very fishy.

I dont think siilaanyo will run again in 2015 the man is 76 years old he will be 79 years old in 2015 and than another five years he will be 84 naa i dont think that will happen . Siilaanyo wants to finish his 5 years and than retire as an old states men

Xplaya our juridical system is not the same as that of Europe the president appoints the higher court judge the supreme court should be an independent institution regardless who is the judge, so many things are wrong in our system. So the same errors will happen over and over again until we fix our system
