Somalistan Nimaanku xaqooda ayii soo dhacsadeen.

Cumar-Labasuul It is best you know things before you speak about it, The Ceerigaabo district mayor and vice mayor are not the same clan but different.

Blame Kulmiye they are the ones who did vote rigging in Ceerigaabo district resulting in Dhulbahante getting unusual numbers thus the vice mayor went to them instead
of Warsangeli or HJ.

come on siciid, although kulmiye messed up and they did but, when I asked my work colleagues (HY guys) about the election they were satisfied and even claimed that HJ is the fourth largest in sanaag oo dhan after HY, Dhulbahante and warsangeli. Why can't we see the bigger picture and the immediate enemy (shisheeye).
There was corruption in burco (with HJ getting all top posts) in berbera saylac and ceerigaabo, but our problem was that we should have refused the whole result instead of each clan being satisfied with their extra posts and dissatisfied with their short comings.

I don't have a problem if the local council elections are to be done again, it was the likes of the current government that pressured the commission not to investigate
the votes further after the Faraweyne vote rigging fiasco was unearthed. Actually the HY Sanaag are rageedi they are not fond of Hartis they are the ones
who kept them in bay in the 90s and taught them a lesson while others were trying to collaborate with them.

Both Warsangeli and Dhulloz don't have bigger presence than the Biciide (HJ) in Sanaag. Espcially the Dhulbahante who only settle in two villages Jidbaali and Fiqi-Fuliye. While the Warsangeli lands are empty. They (Biciide) won the biggest portion of MP's in Sanaag: 28. If I go deeper in this: 13 from Ceelafweyn, 13 from Garadag and 2 from Ceerigaabo. I believe that it's wrong and backwards if one certain tribe occupies both the maayor of the capital and the governer of the province. I'm not trying to be a hypocrite like others as I believe both positions in Togdheer should be shared aswell, just like in Sanaag and Maroodi Jeex.

cmoon naaleeye axmedka sanaag maybe its arguable. but warsangeli?
I have to admit my knowledge of Sanaag and Biciide is limited but the Warsangeli live in Xingalool, Hadaftimo, Dhahar, Badhan, Buraan, Laas Qoray and etc

caynabax, I know the long history between HY and HJ so I know why they said that and I was suspicious when they said that dhulbahante is more in sanaag than warsanageli - I only know of those two villages that they live in however warsangeli (although small in number) have large land in sanaag from ceeri to the border of SL/PL down to dhahar.
Yes I know HJ lives west from ceerigaabo till border of saaxil and down to garadag.

yunis, I would abolish this sick clan voted system and just elect pick at random every year.

CaynabaX Number of local MPs doesn't necessarily mean more in number case in point the Sacad Yoonis got about 4 MPs in Ceel Afweyn with 7 thousand people
voting while they got about 6 MPs in Xudun district but the voting number was smaller in Xudun district.

Boho got 13 MP's with 24 thousand votes so whats the point? I dont want to turn this in to the known habar habar bahk bakh marfish talk. But my point was that power sharing of the clans in each province should be balanced. Thats it.

 @ Cumar & Yunis

Burco folks are backwards narrow minded folks man! That's why! Bal ka waran nin 25 jir ahi oo Burco ko dhashay iyo ku barbaaray laakiinse weligii daanta kale qaban! That's reer Burco for you. aniguu xitaa Saraar iyo aggaa baan sheegta while we are actually reer Burco.
