Sorry to burst your bubble but provisional is just the first of many expenses when it comes to learning how to drive. It's arguably the least important especially if you don't have the money for lessons etc, you can get it whenever as far as I know even the price doesn't change by much if at all. The only time you'd make a big whoo haa about it is if you plan on going clubbing/buying stuff you shouldn't be buying... Marka inoo sheeg walalo wax ma shekada ka jidho

^ I've got my theory cd and i studied all 14 topics, took the mock test and passed, now i only need a provisional license to take the real test.
Now when i think of it, if Al Ain is by a big desert, i don't mind because i need a little seclusion away from london

You should always put your family first!
Even if you do take the test you might not even pass it in the first round.. Most people don't!

Niyow they live like 60 km south of abu dhabi, near a desert , i hardly believe they know what the hell skype is, i made my mind up, ima visit them for 2 weeks, when i come back i'll get my provisional.
