1. The Hotel is owned by these Rer Puntland cats.

There is no doubt land was misappropriated by the former regime.
However, every squatter and looter trying to claim his grand daddy use to own the land is laughable.
Moreover, the original owners of a lot of the land in and around Xamar was Abgaal and Murasade.

If they want the HOTELS BACK

they have to GET THEIR DAROOD BROTHERS TO LEAVE HAWIYELAND JUBALAND and XAMAR

I also hope the court looks into the toxic dumping by the former Mudulood President

I`ve been told by some of my Abgaal connections, who staff most of the courts in Xamar, that anybody with original paperwork/deeds will have their cases looked upon favourably.
A Mj from London recently came back from Xamar, and was able to reclaim 3 properties from HG. There were negotiations and about $3000 per house was paid to the occupiers for repairs etc.
