Let's say Caydiid was an Astronomer. He took a mother and her innocent child to the Moon with him. When they got there, he raped the mother, then killed her and her child. He came back to mother Earth.
If there are no Laws in the moon, would what Caydiid did still be considered a crime?

Loool, the government is still weak and doesn't control much even with the newfound diplomatic victories. But it looks like Mogadishu is about to go through a serious boom. If the USA is back, then everyone comes.
Hassan Sheikh was supposed to pray Jummah at the US Capitol but the State Dept. lost track of him. But my uncle met with him yesterday at State Department.
