IMO Asha Hagi is the defacto leader in Xamar. She put together the votes that helped Hassan Sheikh win the presidency. She made sure Hassan Sheikh selected her spouse as the Prime Minister. And then she made sure that her close friend Fowziya Yusuf Hagi Aden was named the FM. Asha Haji is running the show from behind the scenes.
