If I were you, I would find out about her family and their attitude towards you before you make any commitment. Make sure there won't be any fuss;

Make sure they are not those kind of families that are lunatic and would make conditions that you won't be able to meet...Like a $50,000.00 wedding and other obligations you can't meet.

Let some of your trusted family members make the background checks ....Just make sure of everything before you say "Ma is aroosnaa"...
